On 18 September 2026, the US President signed the Lindsey O. Graham Sanctioning Russia and Iran Act of 2026 (the “Act”) into law. The Act is the most comprehensive package of US sanctions and trade measures against Russia enacted in recent history. It also extends the application of the Iran Sanctions Act of 1996 to 2031.
