MEMBERS ONLY | Private Briefing with Olivier Guersent, Director-General at Directorate General Competition, EUROPEAN COMMISSION
Where does that leave EU’s antitrust policy and enforcement, and what about the Digital Market Act or even merger control?
Will the European Commission – namely the Directorate-General for Competition (DG COMP) – use all of these instruments in parallel to address the challenges brought about by AI?
Is the EU approach to AI and the key players involved in its development and deployment different from that of the US?
Director General Olivier Guersent will join us for an update from Europe on these evolving topics.
