Concept, Goals & Process:
Leadership advice column with a focus on intercultural leadership & communication skills.
Cultural differences can be both obvious or subtle, however, both cross-cultural leadership skills and the ability to express yourself and communicate effectively in international settings will give you a competitive advantage.
That is the reason we are starting a new two-pronged “Advice Column” in the EACCNY’s monthly newsletter.
You can write your leadership and communication questions directly to either Lena or Lisa and they will be answered and published in the EACCNY newsletter.
Lena and Lisa look forward to answering your questions!
