Nikolaas Henket spent 17 years in the investment banking business, primarily specializing in REITS (Real Estate Investment Trusts).
He started his career at Petercam NV in 2001. He then moved on to Kempen & Co. His career at Kempen & Co spans almost 15 years, which also saw him take on the role of Partner at Kempen Capital Management KPH Fund in 2007.
He then moved on to become Head of Sales Trading in 2009 with a team that achieved several #1 Extel ratings, and was based in New York for the last 5 years as CEO of Kempen & Co USA.
Nikolaas is currently a managing partner at NIPA Capital.
